VoteRef.com adds Wyoming to Voter Transparency Database
May 9, 2023, Downers Grove, IL — Voter Reference Foundation (VRF) added voter registration data from Wyoming to its public, searchable database at VoteRef.com.
The Cowboy State joins Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin along with the District of Columbia.
Under the NVRA, most states are required to provide voter rolls for public inspection. Wyoming is exempt from this requirement and is therefore not obligated to disclose voter registration data for voter list maintenance oversight. VRF very much appreciates cooperation of the Wyoming Secretary of State and elections staff to further the goal of election transparency.

About Voter Reference Foundation and VoteRef.com:
Voter Reference Foundation was created by Restoration Action, an educational 501c4 organization founded by West Point graduate and successful entrepreneur Doug Truax. A former U.S. Senate candidate in Illinois, Truax is deeply interested in election integrity, as expressed in this 2021 op-ed in American Greatness and 2022 follow-up op-ed in Real Clear Politics.
VoteRef.com is a permanent reference source where the voter rolls and other tools will be stored and updated for review with each election. Those who access the website can search by name or address for registered voters. They also will be able to examine voter histories — a list of elections that voters participated in, as well as other important election data obtained via official sources.
