Select Page adds Wyoming to Voter Transparency Database

May 9, 2023, Downers Grove, IL — Voter Reference Foundation (VRF) added voter registration data from Wyoming to its public, searchable database at

The Cowboy State joins Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin along with the District of Columbia.

Under the NVRA, most states are required to provide voter rolls for public inspection. Wyoming is exempt from this requirement and is therefore not obligated to disclose voter registration data for voter list maintenance oversight. VRF very much appreciates cooperation of the Wyoming Secretary of State and elections staff to further the goal of election transparency.
